The conference will be held at the historic Radisson Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Built in 1922 on the site of the first house of the original Moravian settlers, the hotel offers 127 guest rooms including 15 suites. The hotel also offers the Colonnade Restaurant, The Tap Room, a fitness facility, and complimentary shuttle to the Lehigh Valley International Airport (LVIA).

Standard room conference rate of $99.00 per night, single or double occupancy. Upgrade to a King Executive suite for $129.00 per night. Register before May 20, 2003 to enjoy these great rates.

A
courtesy shuttle is available for transportation between the Lehigh
Valley International Airport and the hotel. When making your room
reservations, be sure to advise the hotel of your scheduled arrival time
and need of the shuttle. Upon your arrival at LVIA, the shuttle can be
contacted at the reservation kiosk near the escalator in the baggage claim
area on the lower level of the passenger terminal.
Several vehicle rental agencies are available at LVIA. Should you chose to rent a vehicle, it’s only a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Directions are as follows: When leaving the airport, make a Right onto Airport Road South (Rt. 987). Follow Airport Road approximately 1/4 mile to Rt. 22 East. Follow Rt. 22 East approximately 1/4 mile to Rt. 378 South. Follow Rt. 378 South approximately 4 miles to the "Center City" exit. Make a Left onto 3rd Ave. Make another Left onto W. Broad St.. Follow Broad St. approximately 4 city blocks and make a Right onto Main St.. The hotel is approximately 2 blocks down on the Right. Parking is available for overnight guests.
