Located along the banks of the Lehigh river, Bethlehem and it’s neighboring cities of Allentown and Easton are in an area of Pennsylvania known as the Lehigh Valley.
The Lehigh Valley is uniquely located near two major metropolitan cities. You’re only an hour from the national historic landmarks of Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours from dinner and a Broadway show in New York City.
The Lehigh Valley is host to an abundance of cultural, historic, artistic, and world class entertainment. See the exhibits at the Allentown Art Museum and Zoellner Arts Center. Soar over the rolling hills of Pennsylvania Dutch country in a glider plane from the Kutztown Airport. Go river rafting down the Lehigh River. Bicycle through the beautiful Lehigh River Gorge or visit the Lehigh Valley Velodrome for Olympic class track racing.
