rate is $99.00 per night, single or double. Reservations
should be made directly with the hotel’s reservation
department at
800-811-8664 or 800-228-9290.
Be
sure to tell registration desk that you are registering
for the ABCD / BCA / HeSCA Joint Meeting.
Reservations
must be made on or before Tuesday May 30 2001.
After
the reservation cutoff date, rooms will not be guaranteed
at the special
meeting rate. Special conference rates will be honored for
early arrivals or late departures three days prior and
three days after the meeting.
All
reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night
room
deposit
or guaranteed with a major credit card. he hotel will not
hold reservations
unless guaranteed by one of the above methods.
Dallas/Fort
Worth Airport is 18 miles, and Dallas/Love Field is 12
miles from the hotel. Taxi service is approximately $30.00
one way. SuperShuttle
service is available for $15.00 per person one way.
