Auction

The Annual Auction will be a joint ABCD, BCA & HeSCA fun filled affair on Sunday evening . Donations may be functional equipment, computer hardware and software, signed artwork or photographic images, books, film, video or graphic supplies, lab or service bureau gift certificates, photographic antiques and collectibles and handcrafted items. Ask your local sales reps for promotional items. Send mugs, t-shirts or caps from your institution or state. Remember, all proceeds go to the Association of your choice. The more items you ship or bring the more money your association will receive.

Items may be brought to the registration desk anytime before Sunday noon.

Note: ABCD, BCA, Inc. and HeSCA are 501(c) organizations and some or all of your contributions may be deductible against your federal income tax. IRS regulation limit the amount of deductions you may take as a result of your contribution of the aforementioned property. Consult a qualified tax advisor for guidance in your individual situation.
