luncheons of which you are a member.

must be registered for the meeting (at least single day)
in order to take a workshop.

Registration
without full payment will not be processed.

Registration
with full payment must be received at Wide Opens Spaces
headquarters by May 30, 2001 to qualify for Advance
Registration and Workshop Fees.

Fax
Registrations are accepted for credit card payments and
purchase orders only.
–
Registrations
canceled by May 30, 2001 are eligible for a refund,
minus
a $50.00 administration fee.
–
Registrations
canceled after May 30, 2001 are nonrefundable.
All
cancellations must be received in writing at Wide Open
Spaces headquarters by the dates indicated above (fax
acceptable).

A
nonmember may register at the "Member" fee, if
they apply for membership in ABCD,
BCA or HeSCA and make payment for dues at the time of
registration.
