The deadline for the Exchange Award applications has passsed and the recipient will be announced soon. This is the first year of this exciting award, in which HeSCA and the Institute of Medical Illustrators (UK) haved worked in partnership to put together and offers one member of each organization to attend the annual conference of the partner association.
Service Award Presented to Robin Fisher
HeSCA’s Special Service Award was presented to Robin Fisher from the ETSU James H. Quillen College of Medicine for her years of service in producing HeSCA’s newsletter, Feedback”.
New Journal
HeSCA has entered into a new partnership with the Institute of Medical Illustrators to share the Journal of Visual Communication in Medicine. Members will soon be receiving issues in the mail and instructions for accessing the complete collection of back issues.
